{"id":1127,"date":"2023-04-24T08:07:05","date_gmt":"2023-04-24T08:07:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.akkucelle.com\/blog\/?p=1127"},"modified":"2023-04-24T08:07:05","modified_gmt":"2023-04-24T08:07:05","slug":"kann-dieser-neue-prototyp-cyberattacken-ein-ende-bereiten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.akkucelle.com\/blog\/archives\/1127","title":{"rendered":"Kann dieser neue Prototyp Cyberattacken ein Ende bereiten?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net\/adoPxHcmFgEkMZCoXJEax3-970-80.jpeg\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine neue Prototyptechnologie hat das Potenzial, die Cybersicherheit zu revolutionieren und es Unternehmen zu erm\u00f6glichen, die meisten Cyberangriffe mit Leichtigkeit zu verhindern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einem gemeinsamen Projekt, das von ARM und der f\u00fcr ihren Informatik-Stammbaum weltbekannten University of Cambridge entwickelt wurde, wurde der Prototyp-Prozessor sechs Monate lang von verschiedenen Unternehmen im Rahmen des Technology Access-Programms mit freundlicher Genehmigung von Digital Catapult mit Unterst\u00fctzung von in Experimenten eingesetzt die Universit\u00e4t von Cambridge und Arm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Ergebnis dieses Programms versammelten sich 27 der teilnehmenden Unternehmen in der Londoner Zentrale von Digital Catapult, um ihre Ergebnisse zu demonstrieren, und viele waren anscheinend beeindruckt von der F\u00e4higkeit des Prototyps, sich gegen speicherbezogene Cyberangriffe zu verteidigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angriffe, die den Computerspeicher besch\u00e4digen k\u00f6nnen, wie z. B. Puffer\u00fcberlaufangriffe, k\u00f6nnen Bedrohungsakteuren erm\u00f6glichen, DDoS-Angriffe und Remote-\u00dcbernahmen \u00fcber Malware durchzuf\u00fchren, was dann auch zu Ransomware-Angriffen f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EMPFOHLENE VIDEOS F\u00dcR SIE\u2026<br>SCHLIESSEN<br>Die Unternehmen enth\u00fcllten auch die &#8222;Benutzerfreundlichkeit der neuen Technologie, die minimalen \u00c4nderungen, die an vorhandenem Code erforderlich sind, und ihre N\u00fctzlichkeit beim Auffinden neuer Fehler in ihrer eigenen Software und in ihren Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etwa 70 % der Cyberangriffe nutzen im Speicher gefundene Schwachstellen aus, obwohl solche Schwachstellen oft gut dokumentiert sind. Die \u00fcbliche Cybersicherheitspraxis besteht darin, Software regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu patchen, was bedeutet, dass st\u00e4ndig ein Aufholspiel gespielt wird, wobei in Zukunft weitere Schwachstellen aufgedeckt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der neue Prototyp namens Arm Morello Evaluation Board soll dem ein Ende setzen. Es basiert auf der Befehlssatzarchitektur CHERI (Capability Hardware Enhanced RISC Instructions), die von der Cambridge University und SRI International entwickelt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist unterteilt, um sicherzustellen, dass Verst\u00f6\u00dfe auf einen bestimmten Aspekt beschr\u00e4nkt bleiben und sich nicht \u00fcber das gesamte System ausbreiten. Dies ist nur eines der Szenarien, in denen sich die speichersicheren Funktionen von CHERI als n\u00fctzlich erweisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Zugang zur Technologie wurde durch Digital Security by Design (DSbD) erleichtert, eine von der Regierung unterst\u00fctzte Initiative, die darauf abzielt, die Sicherheit der digitalen Landschaft Gro\u00dfbritanniens zu verbessern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obwohl er sich noch in der Forschungsphase befindet, soll der Prototyp das Potenzial haben, zum Schutz von Industrien und Unternehmen beizutragen. Das Programm hat bereits \u00fcber tausend Tage Entwicklungsarbeit geleistet, ohne weitere 13 Millionen Codezeilen, mit denen experimentiert wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem wird es ab dem 25.
