In einer Einreichung bei der US-B\u00f6rsenaufsicht SEC berief sich der Multimilliard\u00e4r auf Informationen aus einer Whistleblower-Beschwerde des fr\u00fcheren Twitter-Sicherheitschefs Peiter Zatko, der dem Unternehmen mangelnden Schutz seiner Nutzer vorgeworfen hatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Musk erkl\u00e4rte, seine Anw\u00e4lte h\u00e4tten Twitter \u00fcber zus\u00e4tzliche Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr das Scheitern der \u00dcbernahme in Kenntnis gesetzt \u2013 zus\u00e4tzlich zu denen, die der Tech-Unternehmer in dem urspr\u00fcnglichen, im Juli ver\u00f6ffentlichten Aufk\u00fcndigungsschreiben genannt hatte. In einem Schreiben an Twitter, das der Einreichung beigef\u00fcgt war, zitierten Musks Berater den Whistleblower-Bericht Zatkos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zatko, der Anfang des Jahres als Sicherheitschef des Unternehmens entlassen wurde, hatte in seiner Beschwerde attestiert, Twitter habe die Beh\u00f6rden \u00fcber seine schwache Cyberabwehr get\u00e4uscht sowie \u00fcber die Nachl\u00e4ssigkeit beim Vorgehen gehen Desinformation verbreitende Fake-Accounts. In dem an Twitters Chefjuristin Vijaya Gadde adressierten Schreiben hei\u00dft es, Zatkos Vorw\u00fcrfe stellten zus\u00e4tzliche Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr die Absage der \u00dcbernahme dar, falls die im Juli genannten Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr ung\u00fcltig erkl\u00e4rt werden sollten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Musk wirft Twitter seit Monaten vor, eine zu geringe Zahl von Fake- oder Spam-Konten ausgewiesen zu haben, womit der Deal zur \u00dcbernahme im Umfang von 44 Milliarden Dollar nichtig sei. Im Oktober beginnt im US-Staat Delaware ein Prozess dar\u00fcber.
