Mai enden die DTT-Rundfunkgenehmigungen von TF1 und M6. Arcom organisiert daher eine Auktion f\u00fcr den Kauf dieser Frequenzen, f\u00fcr die sich die beiden Sender nat\u00fcrlich bewerben. Aber ein dritter Unruhestifter k\u00f6nnte ihre Pl\u00e4ne durchaus durchkreuzen. Xavier Niel hat sich tats\u00e4chlich den Kandidaturen der beiden Gruppen angeschlossen, mit dem Ehrgeiz, M6 zu ersetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum ersten Mal seit 1987, dem Jahr, als TF1 privat wurde und M6 auf unseren Fernsehbildschirmen landete, m\u00fcssen die beiden franz\u00f6sischen Sender ihren Platz bei TNT verteidigen. Tats\u00e4chlich laufen am 15. Mai ihre jeweiligen Sendegenehmigungen aus. In diesem Zusammenhang hat Arcom einen Aufruf zur \u00dcbernahme dieser angeblich frei gelassenen Frequenzen gestartet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angeblich, weil TF1 und M6 offenbar ihren Antrag gestellt haben. Das Ergebnis scheint allen bereits bekannt zu sein: Die beiden Gruppen k\u00f6nnen ihre Gesch\u00e4fte in aller Stille fortsetzen, jede auf ihren eigenen Kan\u00e4len. Aber es k\u00f6nnte sein, dass die Dinge nicht wie geplant verlaufen. Wie Arcom in einer Pressemitteilung mitteilte, sieht Xavier Niel dies tats\u00e4chlich als eine neue Gelegenheit, in seinen Anteil am Fernsehkuchen zu bei\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>XAVIER NIEL KANDIDAT F\u00dcR DEN AUFKAUF VON M6-FREQUENZEN<br>Tats\u00e4chlich hat der franz\u00f6sische Milliard\u00e4r auch die \u00dcbernahme von Frequenzen im Auftrag eines Unternehmens namens SIX beantragt, was wenig Raum f\u00fcr Zweifel an der Ambition des letzteren l\u00e4sst, M6 zu ersetzen. Vorerst ist aber noch nichts entschieden: Am 15. Februar finden die Anh\u00f6rungen mit dem Telekom-Polizisten statt. Es ist immer noch schwer zu sagen, ob der CEO wirklich eine Chance hat, diesen Kampf zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedenfalls unterstreicht diese Kandidatur einmal mehr das wachsende Interesse des Free-Chefs f\u00fcr das Fernsehen. Wir erinnern uns insbesondere daran, dass letztere bereits 2021 versucht hatte, M6 neben der Arnault-Gruppe zu kaufen. Im folgenden Jahr kehrte Xavier in Zusammenarbeit mit MediaForEurope, der Berlusconi-Familiengruppe, zum Verantwortlichen f\u00fcr das Scheitern der Fusion mit TF1 zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Am 5.
