Wie Microsoft auf seiner Service-Status-Seite im Netz best\u00e4tigte, kam es seit kurz nach 8 Uhr deutscher Zeit zu St\u00f6rungen unter anderem bei Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Graph, PowerBi, der IT-Sicherheitsl\u00f6sung Defender sowie Microsoft 365 Admin Center. \u201eDie Auswirkungen sind aber nicht auf diese Dienste beschr\u00e4nkt\u201c, hie\u00df es beim IT-Konzern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach mehreren Stunden konnte der Fehler behoben werden. Danach waren die Dienste am sp\u00e4ten Vormittag deutscher Zeit wieder online. Als Ausl\u00f6ser habe man \u201eein Problem mit der Netzwerkwerkkonfiguration identifiziert\u201c, teilte Microsoft am Mittwochmorgen mit. Dadurch waren die Verbindung zu Servern der Cloud-Sparte Azure beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Die Probleme waren sehr umfangreich, so die erste Microsoft-Analyse am Morgen: \u201eJeder Nutzer, der auf die betroffenen Systeme zugreife, k\u00f6nne vermutlich mehrere Angebote nicht nutzen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Problem trete in Wellen auf, die etwa alle 30 Minuten einen H\u00f6hepunkt erreichen. Man habe ein k\u00fcrzlich durchgef\u00fchrtes Update des Microsoft-eigenen Datennetzes als wahrscheinliche Ursache identifiziert und bem\u00fche sich, dieses Update zur\u00fcckzusetzen. \u201eWir analysieren die beste Strategie, um das Problem zu beheben, ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Auswirkungen zu verursachen\u201c, meldete Microsoft. Offenbar gelang die Reparatur. Ab etwa Mittwochmittag liefen alle Dienste wieder stabil und der Konzern nahm die St\u00f6rungsmeldung auf seiner Statusseite zur\u00fcck.<br>Stillstand in Unternehmen und Homeoffice<br>Microsofts Cloud-Dienste sind nicht nur das technische Fundament der hauseigenen Office- und Kollaborationsangebote. Daneben setzen auch interne Anwendungen vieler Gro\u00dfunternehmen sowie Start-ups auf die Plattformen des Softwarekonzerns aus Redmond auf. Allein die Chat- und Konferenz-Software Teams sei weltweit bei rund 280 Millionen Menschen im Einsatz, meldete Microsoft zuletzt.<br>Aufgrund der wegen anhaltenden Arbeit vieler Besch\u00e4ftigter aus dem Homeoffice stockte am Mittwochmorgen bundesweit in vielen Unternehmen, Beh\u00f6rden und Institutionen die Organisation der Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe. W\u00e4hrend einzelne Teilnehmer in Videokonferenzen problemlos sprechen und h\u00f6ren konnten, machten stockender Ton und ruckeliges Bild bei andern den Austausch \u00fcber Teams unm\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4hnlich wie in Deutschland konnten sich auch Nutzer in anderen L\u00e4ndern und Kontinenten derzeit vielfach nicht bei den Microsoft-Servern anmelden, oder mit diesen E-Mail oder Daten austauschen. Online-St\u00f6rungsseiten wie Downdetector.com beziehungsweise allestoerungen.de des Datendienstleisters Ookla meldeten Ausf\u00e4lle weltweit und in Deutschland.<br>Auch in sozialen Netzwerken berichteten Nutzer von umfangreichen Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen. Den Meldungen zufolge waren neben Deutschland auch Staaten wie Indien, Japan, Australien, Gro\u00dfbritannien und die Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate betroffen.
